Der Albumtitel des Albums des kanadischen Solo-Projekts von Stephen James Moore ist philosophisch inspiriert und geht auf Nisargadatta Maharaj zurück, dessen Vorstellung vom Dasein als „Kind einer unfruchtbaren Frau“ maßgeblich zur zentralen Identität des Albums beigetragen hat.
