Das neue SWORN ENEMY-Album Maniacal wird am 09. November 2007 erscheinen und die Band verspricht ein aggressiveres und Thrash-lastigeres Werk. Produziert wurde das Album von Tim Lambesis (AS I LAY DYING) und Joey Z (LIFE OF AGONY9 und AS I LAY DYING-Schlagzeuger Jordan Mancino hat einige Schlagzeugspuren eingespielt. Die Tracklist:
